Purpose: Establishes a budget, keeps financial records, handles the financial transactions, files the required forms, and keeps the board appraised of the organization's fiscal condition.
Purpose: Brings issues to the membership attention through articles in newsletter, establishing meetings to cover subjects of membership interest on legislative programs. Opens dialogue when appropriate to hear opinions of governmental officials and members. It does not take a position on an issue or lobby.
