John Sibson, Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Johnson Controls, will discuss the opportunities and challenges that a global corporation faces in the dynamic markets of China and the Middle East. Mr. Sibson is responsible for supporting Johnson Controls’ senior corporate staff in executing strategy including; managing internal and external growth initiatives and providing leadership and oversight on strategic projects. He works with the business unit strategic planning departments throughout the year, helping with the creation and communication of the business unit and corporate strategic plans. He works with regional, national and global investment banks to identify potential acquisition opportunities and he has worked over the past few years on several ventures and relationship building projects with the Chinese government.

Headquartered in Milwaukee, with annual revenue of over $38 billion, Johnson Controls Inc. is a leading provider of building control, HVAC, security, facilities management, energy efficiency solutions, automotive seating, automotive interiors, and automotive SLI and hybrid batteries.

John Cornell, of Euler Hermes, will present trade risks in India and Latin America, from the Credit Insurance Carrier point of view. Mr. Cornell has been with Euler Hermes ACI since 2007 offering trade risk solutions to companies who sell products and services all over the globe. He has also worked as a Property and Casualty Insurance Broker, and has an extensive banking background. Euler Hermes ACI is North America’s largest provider of trade credit insurance.

Adele Walsh, past president of MWTA, will moderate the session. Ms. Walsh is in her 20th year with Johnson Controls Building Efficiency Group. She is a Product Sales Operations representative on the international team supporting customers in Asia and Latin America. She is a member of the Johnson Controls Women’s Resource Network and on the board of the American Association of Individual Investors Milwaukee Mutual Fund Group.
