Monica has been employed by Cooper Power Systems, a Division of Cooper Industries, as the Harmonized Tariff Administrator since September, 2006. Her responsibilities include the research and classification of all CPS products and maintain the technical data required for the Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes. Monica other duties include preparing Certificates of Origins, NAFTA Certificates and Manufacturer's Affidavits. Earlyin 2009, Monica was tasked with the research, implementation,training, reporting and monitoring of the "10+2" Customs program at Cooper Power Systems. She was involved in writing the ISF procedures and developing the monthly tracking to management for Cooper Industries. Monica also has conducted several internal ISF training sessions and was a seminar presenter at WCTC on "10+2".

Prior to working at Cooper Power Systems, Monica was employed at EMO Trans as the Assistant to the Operations Manager, where she was responsible for preparing export and import documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, sight drafts and certificates of origin. Monica has also held the position of Import Supervisor at Brahm & Krenz and Import/Export Documentation Specialist for the HiPage Company.
